Nokia and HTC settle litigation, sign patent deal

HTC and Nokia have been fighting a patent dispute for the better part of a year, with Nokia claiming the Android OEM violated a patent related to the combined use of 3G chips in several European countries. In December, after an extended court date, a judge ruled that HTC violated said patent and would be subject to an import ban, including the currently-on-sale HTC One.
