Android 4.4.2 update heading to newer HTC devices in Jan/Feb

What does ''newer'' mean, I hear you ask? According to an HTC developer who has been pretty spot on with predictions in the past, the newer HTC devices include the OneOne MaxOne Miniand One Dual-SIM. According to @LlabTooFer, the Android 4.4.2 update will rollout with a Jan-Feb time frame. The most likely timeframe for this will be HTC One US variants at the end of January and all others during February.

You may recall that two months ago HTC said the international variant of the One would get KitKatin the next 90 days, a time frame that ends this month. The One Mini and One Max were left off the roster at that time but now look to be getting KitKat in February. Meanwhile the Google Play edition and Developer edition of the One have already received the Android 4.4 treatment. US carriers will bring Sense 5.5 with Android 4.4 to the HTC One this month, and within the quarter to the Droid DNA. The incremental bump to 4.4.2 will apparently be in the original update, a process HTC has recently clarified.
