At a recent MeeGo Summit held by Nokia in Tampere, Finland the company announced that the Developer Edition of MeeGo 1.2 will be available for Nokia N900 users. The full functional version would be released sometime in the end of June, and the objective behind it would be to increase the number of MeeGo users.
As you can see, Nokia has already got voice calling, Fennec browser and the camera full working on MeeGo 1.2 Developer Edition for Nokia N900. Apparently, the project is carried out by 20+ Nokia funded full time developers and another 10+ volunteer developers. This however, is developer build and it is not meant for end users.
