iPhone 5S beats iPhone 5's take up


The iPhone 5S has been a bigger success than its predecessor, according to one advertising company.

Statistics released by Fiksu show that in the 69 days since the iPhone 5S first hit shelves, it has accounted for 7.98 per cent of all iPhone usage. By contrast, the iPhone 5 accounted for 6.94 per cent of total iPhone usage in its first 69 days on sale.
Fiksu offers app marketing services for companies like Coca Cola, Groupon, Zynga and Disney. The statistics are based on the model of iPhone pinging its advertising servers.
The company also revealed the percentage ofiPhone 5Cs being used. It said that in the first 69 days on sale, the iPhone 5C managed to account for just 2.78 per cent of iOS devices.
