Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 now up for official India pre-orders without a price

Within hours of unveiling the Galaxy Grand 2 in India, Samsung has started taking pre-order for the new smartphone via its India e-store. The Galaxy Grand 2 can be pre-ordered by paying an advance of Rs. 2,000, which the company notes would be adjusted against the final price. However, there is no word on the final pricing of the Galaxy Grand 2 for the Indian market.
Samsung had earlier said that the Galaxy Grand 2 will be released in the first week of January and will be priced between Rs. 22,900 and Rs. 24,900.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 is the successor to the Galaxy Grand. The South Korean handset maker launched the Galaxy Grand 2 in India on Monday, while globally unveiled the device in November this year.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It is a dual-SIM device with support for GSM+GSM. The smartphone features a 5.2-inch HD TFT display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels.
The Galaxy Grand 2 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor alongside 1.5GB of RAM. It sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera accompanied by an LED flash. It also houses a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with 8GB inbuilt storage, which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card.
