There’s two important things to take away from this latest round in the Samsung versus Apple AAPL -0.11% patent case saga that is being fought out around the world. At least in my opinion there are these two important things. That we’re seeing cases being decided the same way in very different court systems, meaning that we do seem to have both a level playing field and also some unity of law over patents.
