Nokia finally launched their biggest Nokia Lumia phablet, Nokia Lumia 1520 in India earlier this week. The smartphone runs on the Windows 8 platform as all Nokia Lumia devices but also introduces a hoist of changes to the Lumia series. It is not just bigger but clearly better too!
Nokia Lumia 1520 is the biggest phablet in the Lumia series and comes with a mammoth 6-inch screen. It is the first ever 6-incher by Nokia and not just big, the phone is aimed at the one’s with a bigger wallet and budget too! The 6-inch display is an IPS LCD display and comes with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. This is the presently the best out there and there’s nothing at all to improve or condemn here. Also, the ClearBack Nokia display ensures sunlight legibility and a clearer reading experience.
Not only is the Nokia Lumia 1520 the biggest in terms of size but also boasts of some of the best hardware in Lumia series. Under the hood runs a 2.2GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 800 processor. Nokia also equipped the phone with a 2 GB RAM, previously unknown to Lumia devices. Nokia Lumia 1520 comes with an internal memory of 32 GB which is further expandable by an additional 64 GB. Quite generous!
