Benchmark reveals 2K display for Samsung Galaxy S5
Rumours about the alleged Galaxy S5 featuring Super AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and a pixel density of 560ppi are picking up pace these days. Anotherreport today reveals GFX benchmark listing for a device codenamed SM-G900S, sporting a screen resolution of 1440x2560 pixels (marketing name 2K).
The report hints that the device leaked in the benchmark could be the Galaxy S5. Moreover, the listing also reveals a Snapdragon 800 chipset clocked at 2.4GHz alongside the Adreno 330 GPU. Now, this could be a tad disappointing for users who were expecting the S5 to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805, or a 64-bit version of Samsung's own Exynos chip. Besides, the listing doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the Galaxy S4.
